Attendee Information

  • Accommodations: Please let us know if there are additional accommodations we may provide so you can fully participate in the meeting by emailing IRP.
  • Dietary Restrictions: If you have any food allergies or other restrictions, please notify us by emailing IRP.
  • Conference Schedule: All programs and times are subject to change. Please check the IRP website for the most up to date conference schedule.
  • Photo Release: Photos may be taken during this meeting. These photos may be used during social events, in the meeting app, and/or other communications during or after the event. By registering for this meeting, you acknowledge and grant permission for your photo to be taken and used.
  • Press: This is an open event. Members of the press and members of the community who blog or otherwise write about events may be in attendance and write about the event.
  • Code of Conduct: All attendees agree to abide by the Code of Conduct at IRP Meetings at this event.

Deadlines/Payment Information

  • Payment: Payment must be received for registration to be confirmed.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received by April 22 will be reimbursed in full. Starting April 23, $80 of the registration fee will be refunded for cancelled registrations. Exceptions may be made for personal emergencies - documentation may be required. No refunds will be granted to no-shows. Cancellations must be made by email to IRP.
